At our plant in Glenrothes, Scotland, we design, develop, and produce radial piston motors, working in partnership with renowned international OEMs in industries such as material handling, construction, and forestry machinery.

Our trainee program as a "Supply Chain Graduate Specialist" is your career start in an internationally successful company. Over 18-24 months, you will rotate through specialist departments in our Glenrothes plant and abroad, tailored to your interests and career goals.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Gaining in-depth insight into the Supply Chain function within Bosch Rexroth, with potential placements in various areas such as Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Procurement.
  • Undertaking technical and project tasks alongside operational and strategic responsibilities.
  • Experiencing our diverse product and service portfolio and understanding our internal development processes.
  • Supporting audits and revalidations.
  • Assisting supply chain teams in maintaining high product availability as per service levels.
  • Collaborating with suppliers to develop innovations in products, workflows, or services to create mutual value.
  • Maintaining accurate records, setting up new production lines, demand planning, stock transfers, and handling inquiries.
  • Participating in projects focused on inventory and cost reduction measures.
  • Processing concessions related to logistics issues.
  • Conducting range reviews, data tracking, and price comparisons.

Qualifications include:

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering.
  • Ambition to build a fulfilling career in the Supply Chain industry.
  • Experience or knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Challenging internships or initial work experience in a technical environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, customer and supplier engagement, creativity, goal-orientation, and teamwork.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer literacy with sound knowledge of Microsoft packages.
