Supply Chain Assistant - Flat Iron

We are on the lookout for a Supply Chain Assistant who is eager to learn and grow within our dynamic team.

What you'll do
  • Coordinate daily operations by managing supplier relationships and ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Provide supply chain updates to restaurant teams, including schedules, shortages, and key supplier information.
  • Oversee system management, including recipe setup, GP calculations, and opening schedules.
  • Monitor product quality and collaborate with suppliers to resolve any issues.
  • Support the Supply Chain Manager with beef scheduling, forecasting, and managing supplier communications.
  • Drive process improvements and help implement new systems to enhance efficiency.
What we're looking for
