Responsibilities
- Report to the Head of Strategic Procurement GB&I and drive digitisation, process control, and supplier registration within the procurement function.
- Streamline the supplier registration process, collecting documentation, managing contracts, and coordinating with business stakeholders to align with EMEA business.
- Expand to process utilisation and controlling, reporting on KPIs such as contribution to net income (CNI), payment term equivalent (PTE), and purchasing volume (PVO).
- Implement and conduct Supplier Management in predefined methods, tools, and processes.
- Represent Supplier Management in cross‑functional councils and ensure communication of relevant information.
- Monitor and manage adherence to Procurement policy and P2P process to ensure high process efficiency and compliance.
- Actively contribute to projects and collaborate in work groups to drive transformation and process efficiency using appropriate digital tools.
- Perform comparisons Actual vs. Plan and pursue effects of agreed measures.
- Provide regular business reports on overall performance and recommend actions to management.
Qualifications & Experience

- Educated to degree level in a commercial subject.
