Overview

The Student Enterprise team provide current students and recent graduates the support they need to either set up their own business, lead a social enterprise, become freelance/self-employed, launch a scalable startup, or develop essential enterprising skills.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and growing Careers, Employability, and Student Enterprise (CESE) department as a Student Enterprise Coordinator. Reporting to the Student Enterprise Manager, you will play a key role in delivering the university\'s student enterprise programme, engaging with students, external partners, and key stakeholders to facilitate impactful projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive coordination and marketing support to the Student Enterprise Team.
  • Build successful working relationships with key partners both internally and externally to the University.
  • Operate in a student-facing capacity, confidently and accurately assessing students’ needs and serving as a key point of contact for students and stakeholders.
  • Offer advice, signpost relevant resources, and support the development of student enterprise projects.
  • Deliver presentations, manage multiple priorities, and build strong relationships across the University and with external partners.
  • Experience in delivering digital and physical marketing campaigns, stakeholder engagement, event coordination, and customer service is highly desirable, as is a passion for entrepreneurship and innovation.
  • Be prepared to work occasional evenings and weekends to support events and activities.
