Lead and manage marketing initiatives across 13 on-campus food and beverage outlets, ensuring alignment with Compass Group brand standards.
Develop and update menus, promotions, and visual materials, maintaining consistency in look and feel.
Regularly update websites, digital signage, and other communication channels to reflect current offerings and campaigns.
Collaborate closely with student union representatives to incorporate student-led activities and events into outlet operations and marketing strategies.
Drive student engagement by creating and supporting initiatives that resonate with the student body.
Ensure all marketing materials are engaging, accurate, and compliant with both university and Compass Group guidelines.
Work creatively and independently to plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns.
Monitor performance and success of marketing efforts, using insights to make data-driven improvements.
Act as the key liaison between Compass, the University of Kent, and student organizations for all engagement and promotional activities.
Stay up-to-date with student trends, preferences, and feedback to enhance service delivery and marketing impact.
