Role Overview

As a Structural Designer specializing in cardboard, you\'ll turn concepts into durable, functional, and visually striking designs. You\'ll work closely with our product development and prototyping teams to ensure designs are manufacturable, efficient, and aligned with our sustainability goals. This position may also suit a Product design student looking to accelarate their career!

Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine cardboard structures for packaging, furniture, displays, and other products.
  • Create technical drawings, prototypes, and 3D models using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Illustrator, or similar).
  • Test structural integrity and adjust designs for strength, stability, and material efficiency.
  • Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and manufacturers to optimize designs.
  • Stay up-to-date with materials, trends, and innovations in sustainable packaging and cardboard design.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in structural design, preferably with cardboard or other lightweight materials.
  • Proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling software.
