We are recruiting for a Strategy & Engagement Manager in our Early Careers team. Our young people are the future of our business and we’re looking to enhance and build our offering to make Amentum an attractive place to join and explore a varied career journey.
This role is an opportunity to be a part of growing this offering through building excellent relationships and evolving our overall Early Careers strategy. We have a bold growth strategy for 2030 and how we capture and nurture our young people will be key to making us successful. The position will support hybrid working and will be full-time, based anywhere in the UK with travel ad-hoc as appropriate to any of our Amentum offices or sites - more regularly to Warrington as it’s our hub/central office.
