Qualifications

• Proven experience in management accounting, financial analysis, and business partnering within a commercial environment.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Demonstrated ability to improve financial systems, controls, and reporting efficiency.
• Experience in presenting financial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality management information (MI) and commercial financial analysis.
• Identify and implement process and system improvements.
• Lead monthly financial reviews with Department Heads.
• Prepare annual budgets and regular reforecasts.
• Contribute to business planning and evaluate financial impact of initiatives.
