Responsibilities

  • Deputising for the Head of Health and Safety, representing the function at Board and Executive Forums.
  • Collaborate with Directors to align safety strategies with business goals.
  • Lead and develop a team of safety professionals.
  • Provide accurate safety performance reports for decision-making at the Board level.
  • Lead external safety audits and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure robust risk monitoring and compliance.
