Job summary

A leading data and research company in asset management is seeking a Customer Success Executive to engage with clients and drive product adoption. You will build rapport with senior stakeholders and support their needs with tailored onboarding and training. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to manage complex accounts. Qualifications

  • Passionate about customer engagement with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in Financial services/Asset Management is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with clients throughout their subscription term.
  • Build deep understanding of client workflows and success metrics.
  • Provide tailored onboarding and training product demonstrations.
  • Proactively drive product adoption using data and insights.
  • Identify, explore and push through upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
