Location: High Wycombe

Type: Temp to Perm £12.21ph Monday-Thursday 7-5

Hours: Full-time (4 days a week) with flexibility to work Fridays as and when the business requires.

Are you hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and looking for a varied role in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment? We're seeking a Stores Keeper / Flexible Technician to join our team on a temp‑to‑perm basis.

About the Role

This is a dynamic, factory‑wide role supporting the Logistics & Warehouse Manager and Production Teams. You'll be involved in:

  • Managing raw materials and finished goods
  • Operating machinery
  • Supporting production processes including assembly and material preparation
  • Promoting best practices in health & safety, quality, and lean manufacturing
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in manufacturing or production environments
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive, can‑do attitude with a flexible approach
  • Computer literate / progressive order processing
  • Forklift licence – expired accepted
