Responsibilities
  • Lead the store team, managing the assistant manager, supervisors, and sales assistants.
  • Motivate and support the in‑store team daily to achieve store targets, identify and maximise opportunities to surpass KPIs, and set the example in exemplary Pandora customer service.
  • Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educate and influence the store, and ensure back‑of‑house activities enable successful commercial execution.
  • Become a Pandora product expert through thorough training and nurture the team to unlock their full potential and support succession planning.
  • Translate Pandora's local and global business strategy into store, regional and division KPIs and drive a culture of exemplary customer service.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience driving sales and profitability in a store.
  • A passion for creating a culture of exemplary customer service.
  • Ability to understand and translate Pandora's business strategy into measurable outcomes.
  • Experience using data to identify trends, issues and root causes, and taking action to deliver on opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills to establish and coach a high‑performing team.
  • The ability to adapt and remain flexible to changing business needs.
  • A positive, can‑do attitude with contagious enthusiasm for Pandora products and core values.
  • A well‑presented appearance with a taste for desirable products.
  • Prior experience with a leading brand and/or desirable consumer product retailing is preferred.
