Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Stock Administrator (Nights) to join our team in Avonmouth, supporting one of our new business wins! As a Stock Administrator, you will report into the Stock Supervisor and be responsible for supporting the stock team with all the administrative tasks.

This is a full time, permanent position, working a 3 on 3 off shift pattern, 18:00 – 06:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day
  • Managing the SAP system ensuring accurate inputs and updates
  • Maintaining and aligning stock records for specific customers
  • Operating and interrogating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to identify potential improvements
  • Developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What you need to succeed at GXO
  • Experience with SAP and WMS systems
  • Excellent computer skills, especially in Excel
  • Highly organised, transparent and good timekeeper
  • Strong attention to details
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
