Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, supervise and support the Stock & Admin team, ensuring daily duties are completed.
• Set Targets for your team and compile reporting to reflect KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring service excellence and supporting profitable business growth.
• Attend regular management meetings and deliver clear, concise operational reports.
• Ensure all operational performance standards are met, monitored and maintained in accordance with contractual SLAs.
• Provide effective leadership, demonstrating company values and fostering a positive team culture.
• Ensure all legislative and regulatory requirements are met with emphasis on H&S.
