A healthcare provider in Kent is seeking a Band 5 Staff Nurse to work in the East Kent Community Rehabilitation Service. The role involves managing a small caseload, administering medication, and working with a multidisciplinary team to provide effective care. Applicants must have a Registered Nurse qualification and a solid understanding of mental health practices. An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Band 5 Staff Nurse within the East Kent Community Rehabilitation Service, at Rivendell. Rivendell is situated in the village of Eastry near Sandwich and is one of 6 Rehabilitation Units across Kent, which provides specialist inpatient rehabilitation for individuals with complex mental health needs. The unit comprises 8 single bedrooms and is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The multidisciplinary team provides a wide range of individualised interventions delivered by nursing, medical, psychological, occupational therapy and peer support clinicians. As a Staff Nurse, you would be the named nurse for a small caseload of clients and be expected to coordinate a recovery focussed, individualised plan of care; in addition to supporting the service users through the rehabilitation pathway.
