Overview

Our team is seeking a Senior Engagement Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of process automation initiatives using UiPath and Mulesoft platforms. This role will coordinate multiple PODs, ensure rapid mobilization of teams, and drive the delivery of 20+ automation use cases while establishing sustainable practices and knowledge transfer frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate 2-3 automation PODs with blended onshore / offshore teams
• Drive rapid mobilization to deliver first production automation within 2-4 weeks of contract start
• Manage stakeholder relationships with Automation Manager and executive sponsors
• Oversee the Advise-Build-Run lifecycle for each automation initiative
• Establish governance frameworks and reporting cadences for capacity-based engagement
• Coordinate knowledge transfer activities between vendor teams and client developers
• Manage escalations and risk mitigation across all automation workstreams
• Ensure PODs deliver 2-3 automations per month meeting quality standards

Must Haves

• 8+ years leading multi-team automation or digital transformation engagements
• Experience managing UiPath and / or Mulesoft implementation programs
• Proven track record scaling from initial automations to 50+ bot environments
• Experience with capacity-based delivery models and flexible team scaling
• Strong background in airline, transportation, or logistics industries
• Experience with Google Workspace and AWS cloud environments
• Ability to manage blended onshore / nearshore / offshore delivery teams

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of emerging automation technologies (LLMs, AI agents)
• Experience with Canadian aviation sector
• PMP or Agile certifications
