A leading manufacturer in landscaping is seeking a specification sales professional to sell products into landscaping architects and local authorities. The ideal candidate will proactively manage projects from specification to completion, primarily focusing on commercial projects in healthcare, education, and retail. The position requires a proactive and tenacious sales approach, with knowledge of landscaping products preferred but not essential.
These extremely exciting positions are working for a leading manufacturer of landscaping products including natural stone, porcelain, paving and stone walling. The successful candidates will be selling 70% into Landscaping Architects and Local Authorities, winning projects and protecting specifications with the remaining 30% working with Contractors/Installers to ensure projects are followed through to completion. You will proactively create a pipeline by tracking projects from Architects through to the Contractors, and you will also work closely with the client’s separate merchant team. Focusing heavily on commercial projects they include Healthcare, Education, Leisure and Retail. I have broken down the regions below:
