A leading healthcare provider in Bath seeks an enthusiastic trainee Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgeon as a Specialty Doctor. This exciting position involves patient care in both acute and elective settings, providing outpatient and surgical clinics, and participation in the trauma on-call rota. The role includes working under consultant supervision and engaging with junior colleagues. Offering a salary of £61,542 to £99,216 per year, this permanent, full-time position supports professional growth in a compassionate and inclusive environment.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated trainee Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgeon to join us at the Royal United Hospital as a Specialty Doctor.
The successful applicant will be vital and active member of the department. They will participate in the care of orthopaedic patients in both acute (trauma) and elective settings.
These roles will include the provision of fracture and elective outpatient clinics, surgical operating in both trauma and elective cases, and participation in the 'registrar' grade acute trauma on call rota (including overnight and weekend provision).
All activities will be conducted under named consultant supervision, with the level of supervision dependent on the needs of the individual.
