Qualifications

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Escalate complaints to the Spa Manager immediately, providing full details.
  • Manage feedback trackers with guest feedback and collate responses from the Spa and Leisure teams.
  • Maintain a full and up-to-date knowledge of the Resort facilities, services, and events.
  • Organize, improve and maintain an effective departmental filing system, ensuring information is easily accessible to the senior management team.
  • Maintain and update records, print reports and actively seek ways to ensure the system is used to its maximum, to provide accurate information which supports the objectives of the Resort and the department.
  • Ensure the department has adequate supplies to run effectively, anticipate needs, and manage store requisitions and purchase requests.
Qualifications
  • Secretarial/administrative qualifications or more than two years of experience.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Experience in delivering administrative, operational and secretarial support including stock takes and retail trackers.
