Sous Chef - Be Part of Something New!

Location: Uxbridge

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Salary: £16.69 per hour

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with the Head Chef to run a smooth, efficient kitchen.
  • Create and present dishes that impress every time.
  • Lead and inspire the team, supporting training and development.
  • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.
  • Contribute ideas for menu planning and improvements.
  • Manage stock, ordering, and cost control effectively.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar leadership role.
  • Strong culinary skills and a flair for presentation.
  • Calm and confident under pressure during busy service.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • Food hygiene certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Pastry experience? That’s a fantastic bonus!
