Up to £50,000

We are currently seeking a talented Sous Chef to join a leading modern British brasserie in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a respected, quality-focused kitchen delivering seasonal dishes in a stylish and energetic environment.

The Role
  • Support the Head Chef in all areas of kitchen operations.
  • Run sections during service.
  • Oversee junior chefs.
  • Maintain smooth workflow and ensure consistent standards across the menu.
  • Combine creativity with strong kitchen leadership and stay composed and efficient during busy periods.
Package & Key Details
  • £41,000 + approx. £7,000 tronc
  • 45‑hour contract
  • Additional hours paid at £17 per hour
  • Immediate start available

  • Environment: polished, fast‑paced, quality‑driven setting
About You
