A luxury hotel in Bristol is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to manage kitchen operations and serve high-quality food. Candidates should have at least two years of relevant experience and be capable of overseeing the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence. Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years’ experience at Junior Sous/Chef de Partie level.

  • Familiarity with current food hygiene legislation required.

We have a superb opportunity for a Sous Chef to join the team who is experienced in working in a high volume restaurant serving fresh quality food. Experience of pastry is desirable. You will need to have a minimum of two years’ experience of working at Junior Sous/Chef de Partie level and be capable of running the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence. Proficiency in achieving FCOS targets and familiarity with current food hygiene legislation including kitchen risk assessments is essential.
