Overview

We are on the lookout for a professional, welcoming, and experienced Receptionist to join our team. You will perform reception, administration, and secretarial duties efficiently and effectively on behalf of the building in which you are located.

Responsibilities
  • Manage access points throughout the building and ensure the maintenance of fob access systems.
  • Keep a tidy and efficient reception area and provide a professional and courteous service at all times.
  • Handle phone calls and emails promptly and professionally; sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Manage documentation and ensure it is stored in the appropriate location or system.
  • Open and close the building, maintain building security, and manage queries and messages from visitors.
  • Issue visitor and staff passes; assist with emergency evacuations.
  • Order consumable goods and perform additional duties as required.
