  • Looking to join a high-performing team of industry experts where your ideas truly matter?

My client is a leading global logistics provider, driving transformation and expansion across their network. With bold growth ambitions and a focus on diversifying their customer base, they are reshaping how supply chains operate.

The Solutions Engineering Lead role will be based in Coventry but will have ownership of 5 sites globally.

This Solutions Engineering Manager role is designed to elevate engineering capability across a major global logistics account.

You'll partner closely with operational teams to deliver high-impact, high-capex solutions - driving process standardisation, operational excellence and innovation across the region.

In this role you'll work at the heart of the customer relationship, collaborating with internal support functions, site teams, key account leaders and senior stakeholders around the world.

You'll be a critical link during contract renewals and major project delivery - supporting engineering execution, embedding global standards and ensuring best-practice infrastructure is deployed for some of the organisation's largest clients.

Your remit will also include supporting site engineering for new facilities and expansion programmes, as well as managing engineering-focused client communication and alignment.

Experience working with large-scale global accounts or high-tech fulfilment environments will be highly valued for success in this role.
