We are in search of an individual who demonstrates exceptional abilities to join our esteemed team and contribute to the seamless delivery of solutions for our customers. As a Solutions Architect, you will take on a leadership role, assist with complex customer opportunities, and contribute significantly to the success of our largest customers and partners.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team in your region to assist with sophisticated customer opportunities.
  • Mentor and provide technical development to team members.
  • Provide expert sales and technical assistance by clearly articulating Cohesity technology to both your team and customers/prospects.
  • Enable customers to seamlessly integrate Cohesity products into their existing production environments.
  • Collaborate with product management to convey customer requirements and drive product improvements.
  • Assist in responding to customer and partner requests for information and proposals and lead team members in technical development and customer knowledge.
  • Lead the secondary storage technology strategy for our largest customers and partners, establishing Cohesity as the primary solution provider in the market.
  • Communicate Cohesity’s vision by assisting in developing and delivering our product demonstrations, workshops, white papers, and proposals.
  • Guide the team in successfully implementing proof of concepts to demonstrate the value of Cohesity technology.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide project management and post-sales technical support when needed.
Qualifications
  • Years of experience: 10+ years relevant experience
  • Demonstrated success in a customer-facing pre-sales role proposing enterprise solutions.
  • Experience managing Sales Engineers teams.
  • Experience in cooperating with customers and technology partners.
  • Experience selling Enterprise Hardware or Software, Cloud Platforms, IaaS, PaaS, or Virtual Infrastructure software.
  • Comfortable working with multiple decision-makers to drive proposals.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Consistent track record of building strong relationships and working cross-organizationally.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely and autonomously.
  • Willingness to travel within the prescribed territory as needed.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
