A leading digital transformation company in the UK is seeking a strategic Business Development lead to oversee technical engagements and collaborate closely with sales teams. This is not a sales role, but strong commercial acumen is essential. The desired candidate will have expertise in Microsoft technologies, experience in delivering solutions across industries, and a track record of innovative leadership. This is a newly created and exciting role at Kerv, working as part of our Business Development team in a key leadership position. The Kerv Digital Business Development team works across all industries, focussing on large and strategic digital transformation programmes, including working with colleagues in our sector‑specific teams. This is not a sales role, but involves close collaboration with sellers and therefore a strong commercial acumen and experience of contributing to sales processes is essential.
