The Successful Applicant

A successful Solution Architect should have:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT with at least 3 years in solution architecture role
• Should have minimum 3 years of solution architecture experience delivering enterprise grade software solutions in cloud platform (AWS (must)).
• Possess a deep understanding of the insurance domain with expertise preferred in life/health, advisory distribution business.
• Hands-on experience in AWS cloud architecture and full-stack development.
• Hands-on experience in delivering holistic enterprise-grade solutions for areas like digital/cloud transformation
• Knowledge of emerging technologies/platforms like GenAI with a strong self initiative to keep up with evolving technological trends High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations
