Overview

Clearance 'Above SC' is Required from Commencement. Hybrid Working Available (c. 3 days pw on site)

An opportunity has arisen for a Solution Architect to join a global Leader in Tech Solutions working with a talented team on a high-profile MoD Programme within Geospatial Intelligence.

This position requires a Solution Architect with a background in UK Defence.

The Role

The core areas of responsibility for the Solution Architect will include providing oversight and assurance of the programme, ownership and maintenance of design artefacts, acting as a solution lead on change requests, managing and maintaining technical strategy and roadmaps as well as collaborating with programme leadership, alongside the adoption of an advisory role with the customer, to ensure successful outcomes.

Skills

The Solution Architect will be an 'all-rounder' with a background in UK Defence who has a broad knowledge of IT capabilities including hardware, software, data, networks, cloud and cyber security.

Experience of defining, designing and maintaining technical solutions in complex mission critical environments and services is essential.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to take a leading role in interfacing with business stakeholders and executive leadership will also be essential.
