Solar Installation/Operations Manager

Manchester - Travel across the North of England.

£55,000 - £60,000 (DOE) + Excellent Progression + Renewable Training + Bonuses + Van + Fuel Card.

Are you a qualified Electrician with experience in Solar? Are you hungry to expand your renewable knowledge and develop your career with a passionate and rapidly growing company?

This company specialises in servicing and repairing Solar technologies and assists the UK market with maintaining their existing solar panels. They also offer Battery Storage and EV services and have plans to introduce Air Source Heat Pumps to the business at some point this year. They have continued to grow year on year since becoming established in 2020. They have recently signed major contracts with Tesla and Octopus Energy.

In this role, you will be responsible for attending projects across the North of England, overseeing teams of Electricians and doing hands‑on install. You will be given the opportunity to receive excellent training on a variety of renewable technologies, including Battery Storage, EV and Air Source Heat Pumps. As the electrical team and business grows, you will have the chance to step into the Head of Electrical position to support the field staff going forward.

This is the ideal position for a qualified and experienced Electrician who holds knowledge and experience working on Solar technologies and supervisory skills. You should have a can‑do attitude, and be hungry to expand your renewable knowledge, while assisting a rapidly growing business.

The Role
