What You'll Do

1. Design and implement scalable, high-quality components and services that align with team and company goals.
2. Contribute to technical decision-making, including solution design and architecture, with a focus on addressing technical debt, reliability, and system performance.
3. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
4. Proactively monitor and improve system performance, identifying and resolving issues swiftly and effectively, while communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders during incidents to ensure alignment and prompt resolution.
5. Take a proactive approach to support, digging into issues to identify root causes and developing long-term, proactive solutions to prevent recurrence.
6. Document and share knowledge effectively to elevate the team’s technical expertise.
7. Champion best practices in software development, agile methodologies, and continuous improvement.

What We'll Expect From You

1. 3+ years of experience in software engineering, including excellent knowledge of C#, .NET and object oriented concepts.
2. Experience with architecting and developing end-to-end flows in a distributed/microservices application architecture.
3. Experience writing unit tests and testable code.
4. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
5. Exhibit excellent judgment, seeking diverse perspectives and challenging assumptions to improve outcomes.
6. Deliver constructive feedback that empowers individuals and strengthens the team.
7. Communicate technical concepts clearly, adapting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
8. Consistently meet sprint and quarterly commitments while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
