What you will do:

• Assist the Team Manager in the efficient organisation, management, and supervision of social care services.
• Take a lead role in strategic planning and service development to ensure top-notch care for adults with learning disabilities and autism.
• Guide your team to achieve high operational standards in compliance with relevant legislation and local policies.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Supervise team members in line with departmental policies, ensuring consistent service delivery.
• Oversee transitions and planning for adults, in collaboration with the Team Manager and Admin.
