Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual) required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out carpentry and maintenance tasks across residential properties.
• Fit and repair internal and external doors and locks.
• Complete splice repairs and general locksmith tasks.
• Install and maintain bathroom sub-floors and frameworks.
• Undertake kitchen repairs and refits.
• Perform various maintenance and repair tasks as required.
• Carry out window repairs, including glazing.
• Refit and repair locks and door hardware.
• Ensure work is completed to high standards.
