What you’ll be doing

Your role will be to build up our restaurant and retail portfolio in new and existing cities, by managing a pipeline of partners to target, nurture and close. This requires a good understanding of how to prioritise what merchants to target across different verticals, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills to get merchants to sign up to Wolt.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
  • Identify and target potential restaurant and retail partners that will give our customers market leading breadth and depth of selection
  • Systematically hunt and farm a rich pipeline of potential partnerships, building strong relationships with existing and potential partners in your markets
  • Own the sales process from beginning to end, using a consultative sales approach and tailoring the pitch to position Wolt as a the preferred partner for each merchant
  • Visit your assigned markets regularly to build and maintain relationships
  • Use data to understand potential venue performance to set profitable business terms and conduct negotiations that create value for both parties
  • Make sound business decisions by supporting intuition with data
  • Collaborate with our Onboarding and Development team to set up the new partners in the app and ensure they perform to their best potential when they go live
Our humble expectations

You’ll do well at Wolt if you:

  • Have 1–2 years of B2B consultative sales experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, executing day-to-day independently and seeking guidance on complex deals.
  • Have the charm, empathy and honesty to build strong relationships.

Are used to high-performance, high-expectation cultures. You have a great track record in B2B consultative sales and are a superstar deal closer. Take a hands-on, proactive approach to getting stuff done and seeing things through. Have fluent and persuasive written and spoken communication skills in English and Croatian. Are entrepreneurial, innovative, and good at solving problems. Can adapt quickly in a rapidly changing market.
