Overview

SMART Repair Technician – Ashford

Salary: £34,000 + bonus

Hours: Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 17:00; Friday 08:00 - 16:30

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for the Used car pitches in the dealership and work in the Bodyshop to ensure work is done to a very high standard.
• Apply SMART repair techniques across alloy repair, dents, small paint issues, and internal cosmetic repairs.
• Maintain a very high standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction; ensure vehicles are immaculate before return.
• Communicate with customers to discuss minor repairs needed during service work and assist in boosting sales where appropriate.
