Job Overview

This client are seeking a passionate and approachable Veterinary Surgeon to join a family-oriented practice in North Manchester, M45. This role offers a starting salary of £75,000 per year and a flexible schedule, working three days a week from Wednesday to Friday, 8am to 6:30pm, with one Saturday morning every three weeks from 8:30am to 1pm.

Clinic

Over 45 years of community service, the independent clinic provides high-quality, compassionate care. The practice is equipped with an operating theatre, x-ray, ultrasound, in‑house laboratory, and collaborates with visiting specialists. Services include soft‑tissue and orthopaedic surgery, laser therapy, oncology, cardiology and more.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive veterinary medical care to all patients.
  • Perform soft‑tissue and orthopaedic surgical procedures.
  • Utilise laser therapy, oncology, cardiology and other advanced treatments.
  • Collaborate with visiting specialists and the team in a supportive environment.
Qualifications
  • Professional experience of a few years as a veterinary surgeon.
  • Proactive approach and genuine dedication to animal welfare.
