Job description

Cross Keys Care is currently looking for a Sleeping Nights Support Worker to care for vulnerable adults in their independent living setting based in Orton Brimbles, Peterborough.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overnight support to residents, ensuring their safety, dignity, and wellbeing at all times.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to any incidents, emergencies, or changes in residents’ needs during the night.
• Offer emotional reassurance and practical assistance where required, while encouraging independence wherever possible.
• Support residents with personal care tasks as needed, following individual care plans.
• Monitor the environment to ensure it remains safe, secure, and comfortable.

Shifts

18 hours part time contract.

The shift pattern is 10pm to 7am on a 3 week rolling rota.

Week 1 - Monday and Tuesday

Week 2 - Saturday and Sunday

Week 3 - Wednesday and Thursday

Requirements

• Female only due to client preference
• Must have professional healthcare experience
