Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and scheduled maintenance of satellite systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
  • Assist in preparing fault reports and accurately record all maintenance activities.
  • Maintain and support Skynet infrastructure systems.
  • Follow authorised procedures and manuals.
  • Collaborate with operations teams for effective troubleshooting.

Skills

Technical background in an Engineering system discipline
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience in maintaining and diagnosing faults in communication equipment
Experience of working to safety procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Education

GCSE or Equivalent in Grade C in Maths, English and a science-based subject
ONC/HNC in Engineering or an equivalent qualification
