• Understanding of construction methods and technology.

• Knowledge of contract administration.
• Experience with subcontract/material orders and buying.
• Familiarity with claims, loss, and expense.
• Awareness of contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety policies and review subcontractor safety.
• Support team development through training and performance reviews.
• Build strong relationships with clients and manage expectations.
• Oversee commercial management of subcontract packages and procurement strategies.
• Make informed commercial decisions for maximum value recovery.

Education
