Hours: 12‑hour shift – 42‑hour week average (4 on, 4 off), Day and Night shift.

You’ll ensure compliance with policies, legal requirements, and safety standards while maintaining accurate reports and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective security plans, identify potential risks, and coordinate resources to ensure a safe and efficient operation.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and strong work ethics, setting the standard for the team and ensuring all procedures are followed consistently.
• Foster a positive, proactive team environment by coaching, supporting, and encouraging staff to perform at their best and uphold high security standards.
• Maintain vigilance, report incidents, and prevent disruption.

Qualifications

• A valid SIA licence & security experience.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
• Leadership experience familiar with MS Office.
• Right to work in the UK, with a 5‑year checkable history.
• Strong communication skills in English – both written and spoken.
