Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience with a recognised apprenticeship.
• Supervisory experience of contractors for remedial service and maintenance.
• Computer literate with MS Office and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage work delivery at client premises ensuring quality objectives.
• Coordinate with FM infrastructure teams for formal handover.
• Conduct monthly audits and track actions to closure.
