Market leading, family owned & run Main Contractor currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to hit the ground running and assume responsibility for a new build circa £10M Care Home project (JCT) that is in the Melksham area.

Responsibilities

• Lead on site management for the new build Care Home project (JCT) in Melksham, circa £10M.
• Utilise consistent experience in design and build (D&B) projects; experience of care homes is preferred, with related sectors (new build schools, student accommodation, housing & retirement) also considered.
• Maintain strong client facing communications and relationships.
