About the Role

I am working with a large privately owned contractor that specialises in fit-out, maintenance, and refurbishments across various sectors.

The company has recently secured a contract to refurbish offices across the UK on late shifts and is looking for a Site Manager to oversee back-to-back DWP projects in the North West, with additional local work following on the same contract.

This position involves managing multiple DWP office refurbishment projects around the North West. These projects will be sequential, not simultaneous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the projects, ensuring smooth progress.
• Report to a visiting Project Manager.
• Coordinate with multiple trades and maintain customer relations.
