ACR are working with a multi-award winning residential developer who are on the lookout for a Site Manager to work on a new build housing scheme in Buckinghamshire, on a short term contract. Our client has an extensive pipeline of projects across Herts, Beds and Bucks and they are looking to secure someone on a temporary basis.

Responsibilities

• As a Temporary Site Manager, you will work with the Project Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites.
• Coordinate subcontractors, ensure health and safety compliance, manage site documentation, and assist in the delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
