Job summary

A leading IT services provider based in the United Kingdom seeks a Site Operations Technician to support IT infrastructure across various locations. Responsibilities include maintaining IT equipment, conducting health checks, and managing ServiceNow incidents. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, experience in hardware installation and troubleshooting, and a full clean UK manual driver's license. This position allows for involvement in critical IT operations projects while ensuring seamless functioning of the IT systems within stores.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbally.
• Ability to manage and prioritise own workload to meet SLAs.
• Experience with installing, troubleshooting, and fixing hardware.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain IT equipment in stores.
• Complete bi-monthly IT health checks on all equipment.
• Manage incidents and requests on ServiceNow.

Skills

Exceptional Communication skills

Experience with installing hardware

Customer service skills

In-depth knowledge of Azure Intune

Basic understanding of network design

Previous Experience with ServiceNow

Full clean UK manual driver's licence
