A reputable Health and Safety Consultancy in the United Kingdom is seeking a Site Health and Safety Manager for a short-term contract. You will conduct site inspections, provide audits, and communicate with stakeholders in a construction-based environment. The successful candidate will have a NEBOSH qualification and experience in construction projects. Weekend work may be required during the contract duration.
Principal People are partnered with a well-established Health and Safety Consultancy, looking for a Site Health and Safety Manager to join on an initial short-term 5-7 week contract. The role is based near Leeds, working with a renowned manufacturing client within a construction-based environment. The successful candidate will conduct daily site inspections and walks, provide up-to-date audits and reports, and act as the point of contact for Health and Safety concerns on site, operating as the client’s Principal Contractor (PC).
Rate: daily rate outside IR35. Weekend work and 12-hour shifts apply for the duration of the contract.
