The successful candidate will ensure safety and maintenance, manage a small team, and support events with logistics. The ideal applicant has over 5 years of facilities management experience and a strong understanding of Health & Safety compliance.

Overview

Job Title: Site & Facilities Manager

Location: Central London

Salary: Circa £45,000

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee a unique multi-building site. You’ll ensure the buildings and grounds are safe, secure, and well-maintained, manage a small team and contractors, and support events by coordinating setup and logistics.

What You’ll Do
  • Plan and deliver maintenance across buildings and outdoor spaces
  • Ensure Health & Safety compliance and lead fire safety drills
  • Manage contractors, caretakers, and cleaning staff
  • Respond to issues quickly to keep operations running smoothly
  • Support events with setup, equipment, and facilities
About You
  • 5+ years in facilities management or similar

  • Confident communicator, practical, and proactive
