We're recruiting SIA-licensed Frontline Customer Service Agents to support this unique operation, managing both vehicles and passengers in a fast‑paced and safety‑critical environment.

What You’ll Do

As a SIA Frontline Customer Service Agent, you'll play a key role in ensuring a safe, smooth, and welcoming experience for all travellers. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and assisting passengers at various touchpoints providing first class customer service.
  • Responding to incidents calmly and efficiently
  • Acting as a visible, reassuring presence to enhance passenger confidence
  • Collaborating as part of a supportive and professional team
  • Help assist in vehicle search's
  • Ensuring the safety and security of colleagues and customers, providing a sense of assurance.
What We’re Looking For

We welcome candidates from all backgrounds—including those new to security. Whether you're experienced or recently licensed, we’ll provide the support and training you need to succeed.

Essential Criteria
  • Valid SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Flexible and dependable approach to early, late, and night shifts (365‑day operation)
  • Aged 18+
  • Professional, approachable, and calm under pressure
  • Able to pass a safety‑critical medical.
  • 5‑year verifiable history for Counter Terrorism Check (CTC).
  • Proof of right to work in the UK.
  • Public‑facing experience (security, events, customer service, retail) is a bonus.
Desirable
  • Previous experience in security or customer‑facing roles
  • Traffic management/marshalling or HGV handling experience is helpful but not required.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role
