What You'll Do:

Machine Operation

• Take charge of state-of-the-art production machinery, following safety-first procedures.
• Adjust and fine-tune operations to ensure maximum efficiency and top-tier product quality.
• Keep machines in peak condition with routine maintenance tasks.

Quality Control

• Perform crucial quality checks to ensure materials meet rigorous industry standards.
• Spot and report any issues before they impact production, ensuring excellence in every step.

Production Support

• Manage materials like a pro-handle, load, and unload raw and finished products with precision.
• Keep production on track, meeting tight deadlines and smashing targets alongside your team.

Safety & Compliance

• Prioritize safety with strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Quickly identify and report any potential hazards-keeping everyone safe on the job.

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in manufacturing? You're ready to hit the ground running!
• Skilled at operating and maintaining production machinery.
• A keen eye for detail, ensuring nothing less than perfection in quality control.
• Team spirit and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including overtime when needed.

Your Schedule:

This role offers a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern:

• Day shifts: 7am - 7pm
• Night shifts: 7pm - 7am
  Enjoy a balance between work and life with 12-hour shifts, giving you more days off to recharge!
