The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of SHEQ or HSE experience, strong knowledge of ISO standards, and excellent communication skills. Role: SHEQ Coach

Region: South West

Role

As SHEQ Coach, you'll be instrumental in embedding a proactive safety culture and ensuring compliance across multiple sites. You'll:

  • Carry out site visits, internal audits, and inspections across the region
  • Support ISO accreditations (45001, 50001, and more)
  • Drive improvements in incident and near-miss reporting
  • Coach and guide operational teams on SHEQ policies and processes
  • Lead on investigations and corrective actions to improve safety standards

This is a role with real autonomy; you'll be out on-site, influencing change and making an impact every day.

What We're Looking For
