FULL TIME PERMANENT ROLE
Our client is looking for a dedicated and proactive Safety Health & Environment (SHE) Advisor to join their team at the South Yorkshire site. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining a safe, compliant and sustainable workplace in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment.
As the SHE Advisor you’ll report into and support the SHE Manager in implementing and developing the site’s Safety, Health & Environmental Management System. This hands‑on role focuses on preventing workplace injuries and illnesses, improving safety culture and ensuring full legal and company compliance. You will also act as the site’s competent person in the absence of the SHE Manager, providing guidance and leadership across all departments.
You’ll be an experienced and confident SHE professional with the ability to engage, influence and drive a positive safety culture. You’ll thrive in a hands‑on, fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Salary 35K‑45K DOE

25 Days Holidays (8 statutory days)
Mon‑Thu 8 am‑5 pm; Fri 8:30 am‑4 pm; 5 Days a week on site
